Barcelona have reportedly met with Hansi Flick's agent, Pini Zahavi, as they look to offer the German a contract extension amid their superb form.

Spanish publication SPORT has now reported that the Barcelona leadership met up with Flick's agent, Zahavi, to discuss tying the German down to a new contract with the Catalan side. The report has revealed that Barcelona president Joan Laporta, director Deco, and other senior figures met with Zahavi on Tuesday with the goal of strengthening ties before making an offer for an extension.
Flick joined Barcelona last summer after parting ways with the German national team in 2023, just under a year earlier. The German signed a contract until the summer of 2026, however, Barcelona now want to give Flick a lengthier contract to lead the Catalan side.
Flick's side are four points clear of Real Madrid in La Liga, and they will look to extend their lead when they take on Leganes on Sunday, April 13.
